Randy Rainbow Delivers Closing Argument Against Trump in Zesty ‘Xanadu’ Parody

On Tuesday, the comedian shared what may be his last political music parody before Tuesday’s election, and he killed it with “MAGADU.”

He tweaked the song “Xanadu” that Newton-John made famous.

Wearing a blonde wig like the Australian pop star, Rainbow describes an environment far removed from the nightclub of the 1980s cult classic movie:

A place where no one wants to go/ A country so lame and low/ They call it MAGADU

It’s lame AF and takes you back in time

But if you vote for these fuckers/ On November 6th/ We’ll be in MAGADU

Where lies are truth and nothing is true

Millions of rights have been eliminated and here you are with Roseanne Barr/ A dark dystopia of absurd excesses that destroy your dreams/ MAGADU, MAGADU, MAGADU.

Fast forward to 2:00 and then skip ahead to “MAGADU” to catch the end of Rainbow’s traditional mock interview with Trump:

And if you’re missing the luminous Newton-John, who died in 2022, here’s a “Xanadu” flashback for you.
