SPECIAL: A New York woman says she was given date rape drugs and abandoned on a Manhattan street after attending a meeting. Sean “Diddy” Combs He gives a concert while on tour with his old band Diddy-Dirty Money and is invited backstage.

The woman, who asked not to be identified for fear of retaliation from the billionaire mogul, told Fox News Digital that she and a friend chatted with a security guard at a Hammerstein Ballroom concert on April 22, 2011, before meeting the artist. He stood in front of the crowd.

He hired Long Island attorney Bob Macedonio, who previously represented Combs’ hip-hop rival 50 Cent, to handle his case.

“We are investigating and will likely take action,” Macedonio told Fox News Digital. “We are in the process of obtaining any police and medical records and interviewing witnesses.”

His harrowing story was confirmed by his mother, who said she met him at the hospital after the incident. allegation of drug useHowever, police said they could not find any record of the incident.

“One of the girls I was close to was talking to (Combs’) security guard and he set us up backstage to talk to her and hang out,” the accuser told Fox News Digital. “We landed in this room with one wall covered in balloons and Ciroc.”

He presented photos from the night in question that bear some similarities to archival footage of Combs on stage during the performance. He has the same haircut and goatee and appears to be wearing the same sunglasses and necklace.

The accuser remembers being taken behind the scenes of the stage, to the side where people were handing out vodka.

“They gave us a drink and that’s all I remember,” he said. “I heard music and loud noises coming from the stage and I don’t remember anything else after that.”

One morning he woke up manhattan sidewalknext to his parked car, hours later.

“What happened?” I thought. said the woman. He said his friend, with whom he has since lost contact, also fainted. “Not remembering is very traumatizing.”

The accuser said she tried to drive home to a Long Island suburb and felt so bad that she called her mother and went to the hospital, where she was evaluated for sexual assault.

He said his underwear was torn open and he later gave it to the police as evidence. Although the woman said she spoke to a police officer at the hospital, Suffolk County police said they had no record of that.

He said tests detected the presence of date rape drugs in his body, but there were no signs of penetration.

The woman said she found a bunch of foreign numbers added to her phone and tried to reach her to piece together what was going on. She called someone and a man answered and invited her to Atlantic City, she said. Someone else picked it up, lit the gas and hung up.

“This guy said, ‘Oh, you were good,'” he said. “I said, ‘No, I wasn’t okay, someone said something to me’… Nobody wanted to say anything.”

His lawyer requested his medical records from that night earlier this year after news of a federal investigation into Combs emerged. But in a letter, the hospital said his medical documents had been “purged” “in accordance with state medical records retention requirements.”

A hospital spokesperson said sexual assault examination records, also called SAFE or SANE records, are handled and stored differently than general medical records. Macedonio said he planned for his client to specifically request the SANE records.

“I remember getting a call saying he woke up and didn’t know where he was or what happened,” the woman’s mother said. “Her underwear was off.”

He said he rushed to the hospital, accompanying his daughter. SANE exam and said he later contacted the police, even though the case went nowhere.

The accuser said he decided to hire a lawyer after federal investigators raided Combs’ mansions in Miami and Los Angeles earlier this year. He has since been arrested on federal sex trafficking charges and is being held without bail. He also faces multiple civil lawsuits involving similar allegations.

“Not knowing what happened to me really messes with your brain,” the New York woman told Fox News Digital. “Now, it’s scary to hear all these things coming out, especially if this guy did things to little kids.”

“This taught me a lesson; now I cap my drinks and drink from the bottle everywhere I go,” he said.

Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding the woman’s accusations.

Combs is being held without bail in a Brooklyn jail on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. HE He did not admit his guilt. The criminal trial is expected to begin on May 5.

Combs also faces more than a dozen sexual assault lawsuits, and victims’ advocates expect many more to be filed.
