Apple shared important news for iPhone 14 Plus owners.

Apple said the rear camera on a “very small percentage” of iPhone 14 Plus devices may not show a preview when taking photos or recording video. According to the company, the affected devices were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024.

You can use the serial number checker on Apple’s website to check if your iPhone 14 Plus is eligible for this worldwide program. In such case, Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will repair the device free of charge. The program covers eligible iPhone 14 Plus devices for three years after the device’s initial retail sale.

The company said that iPhone 14 Plus owners who paid for a rear camera repair due to this particular issue can contact Apple for a refund.

According to Apple, no other iPhone models are eligible for this program, including the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
