On October 30, Stamford Catering announced on social media that it had resumed operations following a temporary suspension.

“During this time, we conducted a thorough cleaning of our central kitchen and engaged a third-party cleaning company to disinfect both the kitchen and equipment over a two-day period,” the catering company owner said.

“The security and quality of our services remain our top priorities, and we truly appreciate the trust you have placed in us.”

The SFA said it would continue to keep Stamford Catering Services under close surveillance to ensure they comply with food safety requirements.
