Microsoft acknowledged the issue and prepared a support document that provides some possible workarounds to get your printer working on an Arm PC.

The first suggestion to overcome the installation error is to connect your printer using a USB port.

With any luck, one of these two options will help you get around the printer installation issue; but still there may be other scenarios where printers misfire in Windows 11 24H2.
