Medical doctor responds to auto pedestrian crash in Mount Clare

MOUNT CLARE, W.Va (WDTV) – The coroner was called to the scene of an automobile pedestrian crash in Mount Clare on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Harrison County 911 officials, a vehicle struck a pedestrian on Buckhannon Pike around 3:30 p.m.

Officials said two people from the scene were transported by ambulance to United Hospital Center. There is no word on their condition at this time.

Anmoore, Nutter Fort and Stonewood volunteer fire departments, as well as Harrison County EMS, medical examiner and Harrison County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
