Ghanaian Student Announces He Doesn’t Like Scholarships from Developed Countries: “Wise”

A female Ghanaian student has explained why she doesn’t appreciate scholarships from first world countries and how they impact Ghana’s human capital.

An Ebenezer High School student recently questioned why third-tier countries don’t offer any scholarships to citizens of first-tier countries.

Ghanaian man loses scholarship opportunity
