Bismarck man charged with possession of sexually explicit content intended for minors

North Dakota BCI agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reporting that someone at a home north of Bismarck was sharing nude video messages of girls under the age of 18. On Friday, investigators arrested Tjaden Richter. They believe Richter sent the messages using the Kik messaging app.

Richter currently faces four felony charges, including Promoting or Directing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Minor and Possession of Certain Prohibited Materials.
