Naked man accused of biting off customer’s fingertip at eExpress in Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City Police arrested a man accused of gnawing off a person’s fingertip while naked.

Police responded to an eExpress near Reno Boulevard and Villa Boulevard around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

Several callers reported a man running through the area naked, biting off a customer’s finger and eating it.

When police arrived at the scene, they found Manuel Lopez lying naked on the ground with several people standing around him.

Police saw blood around Lopez’s mouth and he appeared to be pulling something out of his teeth, according to the police report.

Lopez then reportedly wiped his finger on the officer’s arm.

Police reported seeing several puddles of what appeared to be saliva and blood around the suspect, as well as what was believed to be a piece of skin from the victim’s finger.

The victim’s right index finger was bloody and had obvious bite marks, according to the police report.

The tip of the finger was missing from the upper joint.

The right side of the victim’s face was also swollen under his eye.

The victim reported seeing Lopez walking towards her, naked.

When he told Lopez to leave, Lopez jumped on him.

As the victim tried to push Lopez’s face away, Lopez took the victim’s finger in his mouth and gnawed on it, refusing to let go until he chewed on the finger.

According to police, Lopez stated that he was using “water,” a commonly used term for methamphetamine and PCP, in his patrol car.

Lopez was arrested on suspicion of mutilation, assault, battery and public intoxication.
