Colorado Springs Fire Department responds to house fire near Palmer Park

COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) is responding to a house fire near Palmer Park on Monday afternoon.

The house is located in the 3900 block of Wesley Drive, near Palmer Park.

The teams arriving at the scene reported that there was a fire in the kitchen. CSFD said most of the fire is currently extinguished, but crews will remain on scene.

Two 14-year-olds arrested for string of burglaries in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs Police (CSPD) have arrested two 14-year-old boys who they say are connected to several recent burglaries. The teens were taken into custody on November 8 and are being held at the Zebulon Pike Youth Services Centre.
