Fatal Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Investigation Continues in Temple Hills

TEMPLE HILLS, MD – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Crash Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash Saturday night. The investigation aims to identify the victim, an adult female, and provide information to her family.

Police were called to the scene in the 4400 block of Saint Barnabas Street at 8:50 p.m. Saturday. They found the traumatized victim on the side of the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the driver who struck the victim was traveling northbound on Saint Barnabas Road near Leisure Drive. The driver did not remain at the scene after the incident.
