Allegedly, a man had his friend rape his wife and recorded the attack on video. The husband then allegedly blackmailed his wife, demanding Rs 2 lakh and threatening to post the video online. The police launched an investigation into the incident and arrested both the husband and his friend.

The victim works as a laborer in Agra’s Sita Nagar area, which falls under the jurisdiction of Etmaddaula police station. He has a 12-year-old son.

The woman claimed that her husband came home for a few days every month. She said that in September, her husband came home with his friend, a resident of Achhnera in Agra. He brought food from outside and they had dinner together. Then he lay down next to his son.

When the woman woke up, her husband demanded 5,000 Rupees for a job. The woman gave him the amount. A few days later, the man called his wife and asked for 2 lakh rupees. He said that if he didn’t give him the money, he would make the video he shot viral.

When she asked about the video, her husband showed it to her. The woman who saw the video realized that her drunk husband allegedly made his friend rape her. The woman pleaded with her husband not to make the video viral, but the husband was adamant in his demand of 2 lakh rupees.

The woman went to the police station and filed a complaint. Police registered a case. The suspect husband and his friend were arrested.

Speaking about the case, ACP Hemant Kumar said, “A woman filed a complaint against her husband at Agra’s Etmaddolla police station, alleging that his friend raped her. The woman said that her husband was raped by his friend after giving her an intoxicating substance and she also shot a video. Her husband also demanded 2 thousand liras from his wife. He threatened that he would make the video viral if his wife did not give him Rs 2 lakh. Her husband also sent the video to his wife’s mobile phone. “The police filed a lawsuit against the relevant departments and arrested the woman’s husband and friend.”
