Pedestrian struck on NB I-71/75 in NKY

ERLANGER, Ky. (WXIX) – Northbound Interstate 71/75 was closed for several hours overnight following a pedestrian crash near I-275 in Erlanger, police said. Tell FOX19 NOW.

The single-vehicle crash closed northbound lanes for more than five hours, from 8:30 p.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday.

More details will be released later Wednesday, police told FOX19 NOW in a statement overnight.

“Please note that the ramps from Northbound I75 to E275 and from Donaldson Highway to Northbound I75 are currently closed,” Erlanger police said in an update on social media late Tuesday. he wrote.

“Officers will be on scene for several hours to investigate a traffic collision. This will also cause significant traffic delays. Please find alternative routes, travel safely and avoid the area if possible.
