Ocala man arrested after stealing multiple items from Walmart

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Marion County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man who tried to steal items from several Christmas lists.

Deputies say 21-year-old Victor Lopez-Duron was caught stealing Legos, tools and other items by a Walmart employee in Ocala.

Witnesses say he kept the items in a plastic container as he walked around the store.

Deputies estimate Lopez-Duron stole approximately $250 worth of items but arrested him after he left the store.
