Viewers react to Gregg Wallace tonight masterchef following the announcement that he would be leaving the show.

Now fans are reacting to tonight’s episode of the BBC cooking show featuring Wallace, with one writing: “Gregg Wallace says: masterchef “One of you will go away, never realizing it will be him.”

Full description BBC Commenting on Wallace’s departure, he said: “We take any issues brought to our attention seriously and have robust processes in place to deal with them.

“We have always been clear that any behavior that falls below the standards expected by the BBC will not be tolerated.

“Where a person is contracted directly with an external production company, we share any complaints or concerns with that company and will always support them in addressing them.”

Banijay UK’s statement read: “This week the BBC received complaints from individuals regarding allegations of past misconduct whilst working with presenter Gregg Wallace on one of our programmes.

“Whilst these complainants have not raised the allegations directly with our program producers or our parent company Banijay UK, we consider it appropriate to immediately undertake an external review to ensure a full and impartial investigation.

“As this investigation continues, Gregg Wallace MasterChef and is committed to cooperating fully throughout the process.

“While these are historical allegations, the incidents brought to our attention in which expectations are not met are being thoroughly investigated and dealt with as necessary.”
