Bankroll Freddie Calls Out Prosecutors Over “Cruel” Sentence: “People Make Less From Murder”

Bankroll Freddie speaks after the judge prisoner The rapper, who was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison, blasted the judges and prosecutors with a long statement he made on social media.



On Sunday, November 3, the Arkansas rapper appealed his sentence on Instagram, claiming prosecutors and the judge had a “vendetta” against him. He described the punishment as “Cruel and Unusual Punishment”, arguing that the murders would end in a shorter time.

“There’s No Way This Nation Could Give Me 12 Years and 1/2 for Marijuana and a Gun for a First Time Offender,” he began. “I Never Caused Any Trouble.”

He alleged that the sentencing guidelines consisted of a “Fake Increasing Difference from 5-6 and 1/2 Years to 9-10 Years,” adding: “These Prosecutors and Judges Have a Vendetta Against Me for Fighting Them in My State.”

Bankroll Freddie continued: “Every Charge I Made In My Case They Gave Me Increasing Difference… If That Was The Case, I Could Have Copied The Plea For A Shorter Time Then Let’s Make It Rationale… The Judge & Prosecutors Driven Me Crazy About Going To Trial & Defeat 7 out of 10 Charges And I Did Not Bow Down To Them… This Is Cruel And Unusual Punishment, So I Will Not Go With My Life, And I Will Fight For What Is Right.”

Long Sentence Given to Bankroll Freddie

Bankroll Freddie was convicted in April of possession and distribution of marijuana, possession and distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and use of a communications facility in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes.

Last Friday (November 1) Judge James Moody Jr. sentenced Bankroll Freddie to 12 and a half years in prison. He was sentenced to more than seven years in prison for the firearms charge and five years each for possession and distribution. The judge decided that the sentences would be executed simultaneously.

“Stand Up and Fight the System,” Bankroll Freddie insisted in his passionate statement.

He continued: “His People Are Accused of Far Worse Charges Than Me and They Have Less Time Than I Do” and added: “Racism is Real Especially in My State of Arkansas… Its People Get Less Time for Murder Than I Get for Marijuana… I Can Do It Don’t go for this.
