£2.6million theft gang left graffiti including image of male genitalia after raiding Walsall firm

Five men operating from a lockup in Watery Lane, Wolverhampton, targeted firms across the Black Country and Staffordshire, shropshire and Worcestershire are acquiring metal, copper and other goods, as well as vehicles to transport them worth around £2.6 million.

in case Walsall During the burglary at Cashmore Metals on January 1, 2023, they were overturned along with a trailer overloaded with copper.

Sentencing the group at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Judge Michael Chambers KC said the conspiracy of more than a dozen events was ‘as bad a case as could be imagined, involving commercial premises’.
