Man Blackmailed His Wife for Filming His Friend’s Rape, Demanded Rupees 2 Lakh

A man allegedly hatched a plan to blackmail his wife by getting her friend to rape her and filmed the act. The accused then used the video to demand Rs 2 lakh and threatened to post the footage online. Following the woman’s complaint, the police intervened and arrested both the husband and his friend.

The woman claimed that she was given intoxicants that her husband’s friend had offered her before raping her. The incident took place at Sita Nagar near Etmaduddaula police station in Agra district.

According to the woman’s complaint, her husband comes home a few days every month. In September, her husband brought along his friend, a resident of Agra’s Achhnera. The defendant brought food from outside, and after dinner, the woman went to bed with her son. Meanwhile, her husband’s friend attacked her. Meanwhile, the husband recorded the scene, which he later used to blackmail her.

He showed her the video and further pressured her to give him the money he demanded. He demanded Rs 2 lakh and threatened to post the video on the internet if he did not do as he instructed.

Regarding this incident, Deputy Commissioner of Police (ACP) Hemant Kumar said that the woman alleged that her husband made his friend rape her and also recorded a video.

“The woman said that her husband raped her friend after giving her intoxicants and that he also shot a video. Her husband also demanded 2 thousand liras from his wife. He threatened that he would make the video viral if his wife did not give him Rs 2 lakh. Her husband also sent the video to his wife’s mobile phone. “The police filed a lawsuit against the relevant departments and arrested the woman’s husband and friend.”
